MSG yeast protein(Single cell protein, MSG protein) is the by-product of fermented MSG. A large amount of bacterial protein produced in the biological fermentation process is formed by precipitation, concentration and drying, Containing high content of glutamic acid, unknown growth factor and fat-soluble vitamins.
