Chemical Properties:
White or slightly yellowish crystals or crystalline powder, odorless, sour.
Melting point 190~192℃, optical rotation αD20=+21°~+22°. Easily soluble in water, soluble in ethanol, insoluble in chloroform,
ether and benzene. The Ph value of 5% aqueous solution is 2.2~2.5.
It is relatively stable in dry air, but its aqueous solution is unstable, especially in neutral or alkaline solution,
which is quickly oxidized. It will be accelerated by light, heat and metal ions such as copper and iron.
